Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience- food industry preferred
Skills: Understanding of optical systems and digital image processing; strong problem solving skills; excellent communication both verbal and written.
Job Description: The key focus of the Electrical Engineering Maintenance Manager is to drive performance improvement efforts to equipment availability and process optimization.
Main Responsibilities: Lead department performance management process in equipment reliability; Drive up zone OEE’s by quickly & permanently eliminating reoccurring issues and downtime; Manage all reliability/maintenance activities w/in zone, focusing on both efficiency and effectiveness; Develop a high performing team of maintenance leads & technicians; Related administrative tasks
