Five+ years experience showing progressive increase in responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
· Will coordinate all functions necessary to prepare soil, irrigation, equipment, materials & labor to plant &harvest fresh peppers, & other vegetables, as well as table grapes, stone fruit & citrus.
· Prepare capital budgets for equipment needs, repairs & new developments.
· Prepare crop budgets & forecast yields.
· Communicate with sales & marketing on number of acres planted, total yields & harvest projections.
· Be aware of laws and regulations pertaining to chemical applications & abide by these regulations.
· Will also coordinate water use & implement applications on crops efficiently.Will have the ability to review current cultural practices & policies & develop and implement new procedures and policies as identified
