Education: BS in Microbiology, Food Science or related field. MS Preferred.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of food industrial experience in Quality Assurance required.
Skills/Qualifications: Knowledge of food safety, manufacturing, and technology.Strong relationship skills to achieve strong partnership and collaboration. Ability to travel approximately 25+ % of the time across North America. Must be able to travel independently.
Responsibilities: Ensure supplier compliance with Supplier Quality Expectations Manual.
Sanitation Responsibilities: Implement sanitation assurance initiatives, integrated pest management programs and platform regulatory compliance programs for sanitation.
