Education: Candidate must possess a B.A. Degree or equivalent
Experience: 3-5 years maintenance supervisory exp. preferably in a food production environment with excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Must have strong electrical and mechanical skills/knowledge and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Job Description: knowledge and skills to oversee swing shift operations and direct the workforce in order to achieve optimal equipment operation, cost and safety awareness.
