EXPEREICNE: have a minimum of 10 years experience in tree fruit or citrus field operations management. Strong communication and organizational skills are required and a full understanding of Microsoft applications.  Bi-lingual capabilities are a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Seeking a Citrus Field Operations Manager to oversee the company’s fresh citrus program in San Joaquin Valley.  This position’s responsibilities will include the development and implementation of harvest schedules to optimize both product quality and quantity, and will include overall harvest and post-harvest supply-chain management and coordination, including field and packinghouse.  This position will also be responsible for preparing, managing, and communicating harvest schedules and volume projections for each ranch and growing area in order to maximize quality, quantity, and financial returns.
