Location: Central California Valley

Education: Bachelors Degree Packaging Engineering Experience: 5 to 10 years with a minimum of three years in a management position in the Food Industry.

Job Description: Develop, test, and validate new packaging and labeling and packaging equipment. Determining packaging material specifications to maintain product integrity. Assumes project leadership for diverse projects with emphasis on both packaging and process improvement. Collaborate and builds consensus with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and expectations are defined and met. Develop project plans that define scope, adherence to schedule, costs, business impact and risks. Executes plans and identifies issues or obstacles, proposes solutions, gains alignment and brings to resolution. Highlight risks to project team and assist in elimination of road blocks when encountered.
