Job Description: The successful applicant will be responsible for ground preparation, planting, irrigation, fertilization, chemical application, maintenance and improvements of operations. Other responsibilities include managing a large labor force to accomplish the general farming goals stated above and working under the direction of the President. Individual will be responsible for monitoring daily farm operations and reporting to the President.
